Does a driver need to install an app?

Drivers will open a mobile-friendly route webpage. The downloadable agent package handles planning.

Will route updates need a new link?

The planned driver link stays the same when dispatch changes the saved route.

Does opening a route rerun optimization?

No. The page will display the saved plan. A new or revised plan requires a separate optimization request.

Which inputs are planned?

Chat, pasted lists, CSV, and Excel. PDFs, photos, email, and direct integrations may follow.
